What you will do

  • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for assigned media agencies to increase adoption of hirify.global and grow programmatic advertising revenue.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior agency leaders and engage operational teams (e.g., media planners and buyers) across major agency networks.
  • Lead negotiations and close long-term commercial agreements aligned with hirify.global solutions.
  • Deliver in-depth training and platform demonstrations so agencies become advocates for hirify.global.
  • Partner with internal teams (Account Managers, Sales Managers, Product Specialists) to deliver tailored solutions for agency clients.
  • Track industry trends and present performance metrics and insights to align on goals and optimize platform usage.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital advertising or programmatic sales, with a strong focus on agency partnerships.
  • Proven success growing accounts within media agency networks (holding companies and independent agencies).
  • Ability to manage C-level relationships and influence decision-making across an organization.
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, agency operating models, and digital advertising technologies.
  • Experience creating client pitch decks, negotiating contracts, and meeting/exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying role.
  • Fluency in French and English; willingness to travel occasionally for in-person meetings and industry events.
