Location: Remote / Hybrid (Marietta, GA office, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET)

What you will do

• Perform data entry, updates, and corrections in the IndySoft enterprise lab management system
• Review and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency across customers, assets, and calibration records
• Assist with data cleanup initiatives and identify discrepancies
• Support core IndySoft workflows including calibration, customer service, vendor services, and reporting
• Execute basic system administrative tasks under team guidance
• Collaborate with IT Director, Senior Project Manager, developers, and support staff

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program (Information Systems, Business, IT, or related field preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and follow instructions

Nice to have

• Experience with databases or data entry tasks
• Familiarity with IndySoft, ERP, LIMS, or workflow-based systems
• Basic understanding of QA, data validation, or reporting concepts
