Salary: $54,670.00-$102,790.00 USD annually (hourly role)

What you will do

• Execute software patching, OS upgrades, and procedures following defined playbooks including pre-checks, implementation, validation, and post-checks.
• Edit, modify, and debug software products per test plans; reproduce issues and capture logs, error codes, and system state.
• Support datacenter, factory floor, and lab operations with minimal impact changes under change control.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues using structured methods, escalate with complete artifacts.
• Maintain documentation including change records, work notes, test evidence, and shift handoffs.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and infrastructure teams on maintenance windows and procedure improvements.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
• High School diploma + 6+ years relevant or military experience.
• Proficiency in editing, debugging, and modifying software per test procedures.
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies and tools.
• Strong attention to detail for technical issue resolution.
• Experience with OS patching/upgrades and sustainment for datacenter/operational systems.

Nice to have

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Associate degree or higher with relevant experience.
