What you will do

• Prepare company overviews for account teams.
• Research companies and develop target lists.
• Identify potential candidates from online and proprietary tools.
• Call companies to determine organization structure.
• Input and update candidate records in the CRM.
• Participate in designing search and business development strategy.

Requirements

• Genuinely interested in learning about people, business, and industry characteristics/needs.
• Ability to quickly learn industry fundamentals and understand criteria for success.
• High Emotional Maturity Quotient.
• Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• An undergraduate degree from a well-regarded institution is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products and databases (such as Bloomberg, Factiva, Lexis-Nexis).
