Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid: 4 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing market insights and talent strategy advice.
• Identify and win new business opportunities through networking and proactive outreach.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial job brief to final offer negotiation.
• Source and engage high-quality candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure full compliance with GDPR and internal standards.
• Collaborate with a high-performing team to hit personal and shared commercial targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, ideally within the tech, digital, or data and AI sectors.
• Strong track record of business development and managing client relationships.
• Confidence in sourcing talent and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a commercial mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and roles simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and recruitment compliance best practices.
