Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid: 4 days per week in office)

What you will do
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing market insights and talent strategy advice.
- Identify and win new business opportunities through networking and proactive outreach.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial job brief to final offer negotiation.
- Source and engage high-quality candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure full compliance with GDPR and internal standards.
- Collaborate with a high-performing team to hit personal and shared commercial targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, ideally within the tech, digital, or data and AI sectors.
- Strong track record of business development and managing client relationships.
- Confidence in sourcing talent and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a commercial mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and roles simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and recruitment compliance best practices.
