What you will do

• Lead financial functional support for ERP implementation, managing costs and schedules.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including journal entries and reporting.
• Develop KPIs and drive financial accountability in collaboration with ERP program leads.
• Create financial models and analytical dashboards to simulate scenarios and predict trends.
• Partner with the PMO Manager to ensure alignment between scope, schedule, and financial plans.
• Identify and transform manual processes into automated or self-service activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of Finance or Accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Finance (FI/CO or S/4HANA Finance preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for complex financial modeling and spreadsheet creation.
• Ability to work onsite in Buffalo, NY.

Nice to have

• CPA, CMA, or MBA certification.
