What you will do

• Develop and maintain statistical demand forecasts at the product, customer, and regional levels using ERP and forecasting tools.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to gather market intelligence and customer insights to improve forecast accuracy.
• Participate in the monthly S&OP demand review process, preparing forecast inputs and variance analyses.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, identifying root causes of errors and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain clean and accurate demand data and planning parameters within the ERP system.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) planning by developing initial demand assumptions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (INFOR/SyteLine experience highly preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Must be based in Jacksonville, Florida, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau for reporting and analysis.
• APICS CPIM or IBF CPF certification.
• Experience with statistical forecasting tools.
