What you will do

• Develop and maintain the enterprise supply plan through rough-cut capacity planning (RCCP)
• Lead the supply review process within the monthly S&OP cycle and present risks and mitigations to senior leadership
• Act as the primary liaison between supply chain and plant Operations to ensure schedule feasibility
• Provide oversight to plant Master Schedulers to align enterprise plans with facility-level MPS
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Procurement, and Materials teams to align supply with forecasts and lead times
• Manage a team of supply planners to optimize inventory levels and improve forecast accuracy

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply planning, master scheduling, or S&OP within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with ERP systems (INFOR/SyteLine highly preferred)
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau for KPI reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and capacity modeling tools
