What you will do

• Manage the procurement of raw materials and the outsourcing of semi-finished products.
• Execute daily MRP actions and analysis to ensure competitive pricing and on-time delivery for production.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with suppliers to drive favorable total cost solutions.
• Act as the primary liaison between vendors, operations, and leadership for procurement activities.
• Develop and publish procurement-related metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain accurate system data for planning parameters, including lead times, price, and lot sizes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, Engineering, or another business-related major.
• Minimum of one year of experience in supply chain, including purchasing, inventory management, logistics, or planning.
• Must be based in or able to work from Lancaster, PA (Hybrid).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to interact at all organizational levels.
