What you will do

• Deploy digital manufacturing technologies and Shopfloor Management solutions across global manufacturing sites.
• Configure applications to align system setups with site operational structures and reporting requirements.
• Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate digital readiness, infrastructure, and operational hierarchies.
• Lead the full deployment lifecycle, including system configuration, go-live activities, and post-deployment hypercare.
• Deliver user training and identify site super users to sustain and improve solutions.
• Collaborate with local IT, product owners, and change management experts to ensure seamless technical integration.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 2+ years with an advanced degree.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required (Sponsorship is exclusively offered for Principal-level roles and above).
• Ability to travel 25–40% to global manufacturing sites for assessments and training.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, operations, or regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience with data platforms and BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Ignition SCADA.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and programming PLC controls (e.g., AB-Rockwell, Siemens).
• Certification or experience in Scrum, Agile methodologies, or Software Product Ownership (CSPO, SAFe).
