Location: Remote (Must be authorized to work in the U.S.)

Salary: $60,000 - $78,000

What you will do

• Educate and advise plan participants on available Advisory Services to help them reach retirement goals.
• Utilize the hirify.global Best Interest Profile (BIP) tool to deliver fiduciary recommendations and investment advice.
• Increase assets under management (AUM) by identifying customer needs and initiating proactive discussions.
• Manage account rebalancing and enrollment in managed accounts.
• Document client conversations and follow up to foster relationship development.
• Adhere to strict compliance and risk procedures to ensure the participant's best interest.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided).
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) registrations.
• 3+ years of experience in the financial industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work specific time zone shifts (ET, CT, or MT) as determined by business need.

Nice to have

• CFP and/or CRPC certification.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, My total Retirement, and Edelman Financial Engines.
• Advanced understanding of EAG managed account programs and retirement planning.
