What you will do

• Own end-to-end design from discovery to delivery for key product areas.
• Set and raise the Design Craft bar through lead critiques and quality advocacy.
• Steward the design system and component library to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Design AI-native interactions and identify opportunities for AI-forward thinking across the product.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on strategy, tradeoffs, and roadmap decisions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating craft and conviction.
• Experience in B2B SaaS with complex, data-driven product interfaces.
• Ability to steward a design system without dedicated system manager support.
• Genuine AI enthusiasm and demonstrated curiosity about AI-native experiences.
• Strong communication skills and comfort making design calls in ambiguous situations.
• Must be based in the Americas.
