Business Analyst Middle+/Senior (Operations Platforms): Driving the launch of a new payments product from initial concept and regulatory preparation to production scaling with an accent on end-to-end development, operational processes, and vendor integrations. Focus on coordinating cross-functional teams, managing requirements across backend/frontend streams, and preparing documentation for banking regulators.

Location: Worldwide, flexible work from offices in Mexico, Cyprus, Serbia, Georgia, Kazakhstan or remote. Relocation support to one of the hubs available for employee and family.

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end product development from concept to launch and scaling, covering core processing, backend, and client-facing UX.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align priorities, scope, and delivery.
• Coordinate parallel development across multiple teams, managing dependencies and releases.
• Analyze vendor documentation, APIs, and integration guidelines.
• Build and improve operational processes for Anti-Fraud, Compliance, Customer Support, and Delivery workflows.
• Manage communication with external vendors and prepare regulatory submission documentation.

Requirements

• B2+ English for communication with international team.
• 3+ years as Business Analyst in financial services, preferably payments/PSP.
• Experience managing distributed product development with cross-functional teams (backend, frontend, integrations).
• Strong requirements management: elicitation, documentation, synchronization, change control.
• Hands-on Agile/Scrum: sprint planning, dependencies, milestones, release coordination.
• Documentation skills for processes (BPMN), functional/non-functional requirements, audits, regulations.
• Collaboration with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Security teams.
• High ownership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
