What you will do
- Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for satellite bandwidth customers, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
- Lead responses to commercial requests and partner with Finance to track, manage, and forecast revenue.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot technical issues and understand the mechanics of the satellite network.
- Coordinate across Engineering and Product teams to prioritize customer questions and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Maintain rigorous documentation of customer interactions, project statuses, and commercial commitments.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of professional experience in Account Management, Commercial Operations, or a related customer-facing role.
- U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or Refugee/Asylee Status Required.
- Degree or professional background in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Physics, Math, or CS) is preferred.
- Strong financial literacy and comfort with contracts and revenue tracking.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.

- Experience translating technical "engineer-speak" into "customer-speak".
- Experience working in a high-energy office environment collaborating with engineers in real time.
- Strong skills in analyzing contracts or complex spreadsheets.
- Ability to drive complex projects to completion.
