What you will do

• Define and implement spare material inspection methodologies to ensure quality and reliability.
• Lead backend spare cost control and process optimization studies to enhance production yield.
• Execute supplier selection processes and perform alternate sourcing risk mitigation to safeguard against disruptions.
• Establish control standards and define KPIs to monitor and optimize operational excellence.
• Drive supplier process validation and foster improvements in quality, reliability, and cost.
• Oversee quality excursion management and lead failure mode analysis with suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in Engineering, Supply Chain, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field.
• Experience in supply chain engineering or supplier management.
• Comprehensive understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes within Backend and advanced packaging technologies.
• Must be based in or eligible to work in the United States (Hillsboro, OR or Albuquerque, NM).
