Salary: $180,770 - $255,200

What you will do

• Lead design and development of advanced test manufacturing processes, including material selection, tooling, equipment, and system design.
• Develop and execute feasibility studies using simulations and engineering methods to expand test requirements.
• Perform pathfinding to innovate process and hardware solutions for future manufacturing test needs.
• Research and implement equipment modifications to improve efficiency and production output.
• Collaborate with suppliers to develop technologies aligned with hirify.global's roadmap.
• Monitor industry trends and use DOE and statistical analysis to optimize process development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 9+ years, Master's with 6+ years, or PhD with 4+ years in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• Experience in Analog and Mixed Signal Testing, Circuit Testing, Electrical Characterization.
• DOE principles, Statistical Process Control, data analytics.
• Mechanical design, testing, tool development, manufacturing process improvement.
• Development in wafer probing, die probing, package testing, reliability stress, substrate testing.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with vendors.
