TL;DR

Regional Sales Manager (CPG): Implementing hirify.global’s strategies and initiatives within defined regional chains to optimize volume, market share, and distribution with an accent on key account performance and regional business relationship management. Focus on executing pricing and promotional programs, analyzing ROI of regional activities, and coordinating with Distributor Partners.

Location: Must be based in Houston, TX or Austin, TX. Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or currently authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $109,250 – $120,750 + cash incentives

What you will do

  • Manage and develop distribution, pricing, and promotional strategies for regional account banners and divisions.
  • Build and maintain productive business relationships with regional chain decision-makers and partners.
  • Execute merchandising standards and Quality Points of Distribution (QPOD) to ensure brand visibility.
  • Analyze ROI for regional programming, promotions, and "pay-for-space" agreements using scan and basket data.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with internal and external stakeholders to share insights and identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Distributor Partners (DPs) to ensure effective implementation of national and regional initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of sales and key account management experience, preferably in CPG, FMCG, or beverage industries.
  • Proven track record of managing chain accounts across multiple channels, specifically grocery and convenience stores.
  • Strong analytical proficiency using internal and external data sources.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong negotiation, active listening, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel 50-60% of the time.
