What you will do

• Use syndicated data platforms like SPINS and Nielsen to generate strategic insights for Sales and Category Management.
• Lead recurring category analysis to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Analyze historical performance to support sales forecasting and distribution strategies.
• Perform retailer performance analysis, including SKU assortment, promotion effectiveness, and new item launches.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define business questions and deliver insights via dashboards and reporting.
• Independently evaluate business opportunities and articulate actionable "so what" recommendations.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in category, sales, or commercial analytics, preferably in the CPG industry.
• Must be based in the US.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required.
• Experience with SPINS, Nielsen, or similar syndicated research systems is required.
• Strong ability to communicate complex data insights to audiences ranging from individual contributors to senior leaders.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
