What you will do

• Prepare and post accurate journal entries in accordance with GAAP.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Perform bank and cash account reconciliations and maintain general ledger accounts.
• Analyze financial data and investigate account variances.
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely transaction recording.
• Monitor compliance with internal controls and identify process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of GAAP fundamentals.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Dallas, TX.
