What you will do

• Own the full installation lifecycle from kickoff and site readiness to final customer sign-off.
• Build and maintain master installation schedules, including critical path analysis and resource assignments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and internal functions like Field Service, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Verify facilities infrastructure, utilities, and cleanroom preparation meet installation specifications.
• Identify and manage risks and cross-project dependencies to prevent delivery delays.
• Lead installation closeout and implement improvements to reduce installation cycle times.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex field-based installations, preferably with semiconductor capital equipment.
• Direct experience working in manufacturing, fabrication, or cleanroom environments.
• Technical fluency in vacuum chambers, robotic wafer handling, and computer-based control systems.
• Proficiency with project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
• Must be based in Texas, USA
