Senior Product Manager (AI Platform)

Location: Must be based in Vancouver, BC, Canada (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office).

Salary: $140,000 – $170,000 CAD/year + bonus.

What you will do

• Define and prioritize initiatives for the AI platform layer, including model serving, vector storage, and LLM integration.
• Own the product vision for AI governance, ensuring compliance with standards like the EU AI Act and ISO 42001.
• Manage identity and access management (IAM) services, including SSO, SCIM, and enterprise-grade authentication.
• Define data security and permission models, including RBAC/ABAC and security audit reporting.
• Optimize AI platform scalability and observability, monitoring for model drift and system health.
• Oversee network-level access controls to meet enterprise perimeter security requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Vancouver, BC, Canada.
• Extensive PM experience in AI/ML platforms, data infrastructure, or enterprise security.
• Deep expertise in SaaS fundamentals: IAM, SSO/SAML/SCIM, RBAC/ABAC, and API security.
• Advanced understanding of AI/ML technologies: LLM serving, RAG architectures, and responsible AI tooling.
• Familiarity with enterprise governance standards such as SOC 2, GDPR, and NIST AI RMF.
• Ability to translate complex security and risk trade-offs into clear, executable roadmaps.
