What you will do

• Practice AI-paired medicine: diagnose, treat, triage, and follow up with patients via messaging in acute, primary, and longevity care
• Leverage AI tools for chart prep, differentials, and message drafting to focus on clinical judgment
• Maintain high standards in clinical reasoning, safety, and patient experience
• Work with CMO/VP on guidelines, peer review, and clinical systems
• Mentor newer clinicians and share best practices
• Provide feedback to shape clinical tools and workflows

Requirements

• Board certification in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine
• Active medical license; multi-state licensure (10+ preferred)
• 3+ years post-residency clinical experience (urgent care, ER, primary care, or generalist)
• Comfort with fully virtual, asynchronous, messaging-based care
• 32+ hrs/week (0.8/0.9/1.0 FTE), flexible EST shifts including limited evenings/weekends
• Strong written communication skills
• Genuine interest in acute, primary, and longevity care; generalist mindset

Nice to have

• Prior telehealth, virtual-first, or DTC experience
• Experience incorporating longevity care
• Point of view on AI in clinical practice
• Fast-paced acute care background (ER/urgent care)
