QA Engineer II (SaaS)

What you will do

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Design and execute manual test cases for functional, regression, and integration scenarios using AI-assisted tools.
• Validate web-based SaaS features, workflows, and user experiences against specifications.
• Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and impact assessments.
• Validate system integrations and data flows, including APIs, CRM, and billing services.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain comprehensive QA documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of Quality Assurance experience in SaaS or web-based software environments.
• Experience with API and integration testing tools such as Postman.
• Basic SQL and data validation skills.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile practices.
