Salary: $139,000 — $191,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop and refine bylines, scripts, talking points, and social copy that reflect the CEO’s vision and voice.
• Explore and apply AI and agentic innovation to optimize and automate communication workflows.
• Manage production logistics for company events, including AV coordination and studio operations.
• Coordinate deliverables across multiple stakeholders, executives, and production/design teams.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to ensure operational excellence in high-stakes settings.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in corporate communications, specifically with executive or CEO communications.
• Proven ability to adapt to and maintain a distinct executive tone of voice.
• Based in San Francisco and required to work onsite.
• Experience with and eagerness to apply AI to enhance content quality and process speed.
• Strong project management instincts and ability to juggle shifting priorities with precision.
• BS/BA degree.
