Salary: $125,000–$150,000 base (W-2) + 20% annual bonus + equity

What you will do

• Understand partner and customer business needs and translate them into technical specifications and deployment plans
• Configure and customize AI agent solutions with seamless integration into CRMs, booking tools, and payment systems
• Own end-to-end implementations from kickoff through go-live, managing stakeholders and driving to completion
• Serve as technical point of contact in partner conversations and present solutions confidently
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Contribute to scalable deployment practices as the team grows

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
• Hands-on experience developing in Python or JavaScript with fluency in AI technologies including prompt engineering
• Experience integrating APIs (REST, webhooks, OAuth)
• Demonstrated customer-facing experience (consulting, project management, client delivery, or entrepreneurial)
• Strong systems integration skills across diverse tech stacks
• Business process analysis skills connecting technical solutions to business outcomes

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM/PMS systems, SaaS platforms, or the AI industry
