What you will do
- Serve as the designated corporate witness providing 30(b)(6) testimony in first-party property litigation matters.
- Testify on claim handling, policy interpretation, underwriting intent, and general business operations.
- Conduct detailed cradle-to-grave reviews of litigated claim files, including systems data and internal communications.
- Collaborate with Litigation Adjusters and outside counsel to develop testimony strategies and identify exposures.
- Maintain expert knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and state-specific insurance regulations.
- Manage the closing of litigated matters by monitoring executed releases and dismissals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience handling first-party property, litigation, or large-loss property claims.
- Proven experience providing 30(b)(6) Corporate Representative testimony in P&C insurance litigation.
- Active Florida Adjuster License required.
- Expertise in policy interpretation and state-specific insurance regulations.
- Must reside and work full-time in one of the listed 40 US states.
- Ability to travel as needed for depositions, mediations, and trials.
