TL;DR
Product Manager (EdTech/SaaS): Managing the day-to-day operations and delivery of the DualEnroll platform with an accent on product lifecycle management and AI integration. Focus on optimizing B2B workflows, managing the product backlog, and building LLM-assisted internal processes.

What you will do
- Manage day-to-day platform decisions, including change requests, configuration calls, and customer escalations.
- Drive the delivery process from idea to production, overseeing JIRA hygiene, sprint rhythms, and QA handoffs.
- Iterate on and integrate AI agents and workflows using tools like Claude, JIRA, and Zapier to optimize internal processes.
- Act as the connective tissue between Engineering, Implementation, Support, Customer Success, and QA teams.
- Engage in regular conversations with college staff to gather real workflow context and product insights.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or Technical Project Management at a B2B SaaS company.
- Hands-on experience owning a backlog, running standups, and shipping releases in an Agile environment.
- Proven ability to build AI agents, prompts, or LLM-assisted workflows in a real work setting.
- Strong analytical instincts to extract signal from usage data, support trends, and customer feedback.
- Clear communication skills for interfacing with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be based in the US; no visa sponsorship or OPT provided.
Nice to have
- Background in EdTech or B2B SaaS workflow platforms.
- Technical depth (former developer or technical BA) capable of reasoning about software architecture.
- Experience with automation and integration tooling such as Zapier, n8n, or Make.
