What you will do
- Plan, launch, and manage DRTV and live shopping campaigns across global markets from brief to post-campaign analysis.
- Develop detailed reporting in Excel to analyze spot-level spend, ROI, attribution, and channel performance.
- Coordinate with international TV stations, media agencies, and retail partners across multiple time zones.
- Track weekly market performance to identify inefficiencies and reallocate spend to high-performing channels.
- Manage inventory forecasts and fulfillment timelines in synchronization with e-commerce and supply chain teams.
- Negotiate placements and terms with international broadcasters and retail partners to optimize campaign deals.
Requirements
- Proven project management experience in an e-commerce environment (non-negotiable).
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and complex formulas (INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS).
- Ability to analyze large volumes of performance data, such as spot logs and attribution reports.
- Experience managing multiple parallel projects across different global markets.
- Fluent English for daily communication with international partners.
- Must be based in or able to work in Vilnius (Hybrid).
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with direct response TV advertising, media buying, and spot planning.
- Background in live commerce or livestream selling formats (e.g., QVC).
- Retail or CPG channel management experience at scale.
