What you will do

• Source and recruit elite security personnel with military or law enforcement backgrounds meeting strict minimum standards.
• Conduct deep-dive interviews to challenge and verify candidate experience beyond surface-level answers.
• Verify critical documentation, including DD-214 forms for veterans and state-specific Security Guard Cards.
• Manage the full-cycle screening process, including criminal background checks, motor vehicle reports, and drug testing.
• Maintain and update Bullhorn CRM with meticulous accuracy to track candidate credentials and availability.
• Coordinate urgent staffing needs to ensure rapid deployment for client requests.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a specialized HR or Recruitment role.
• Proficiency in Bullhorn CRM or similar recruitment CRM systems.
• Fluent English with exceptional diplomatic and ice-breaking skills.
• Ability to align with the work schedule: Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST.
• 4-year College Degree preferred.
