What you will do

• Identify and secure modernization contracts through strategic bidding and customer relationship management.
• Conduct onsite surveys and interpret blueprints to create accurate quoting and bidding packages.
• Develop long-term capital plans to address short- and long-term building needs for customers.
• Collaborate with architects, general contractors, and legal teams to negotiate the Scope of Work (SOW).
• Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools to meet and drive branch annual revenue goals.
• Coordinate submittal packages and change orders upon customer acceptance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 1 year of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
• Outstanding ability to build and nurture relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive follow-up skills.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Location: Must be based in the Dallas, TX area.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints.
