What you will do
- Identify and secure modernization contracts through strategic bidding and customer relationship management.
- Conduct onsite surveys and interpret blueprints to create accurate quoting and bidding packages.
- Develop long-term capital plans to address short- and long-term building needs for customers.
- Collaborate with architects, general contractors, and legal teams to negotiate the Scope of Work (SOW).
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools to meet and drive branch annual revenue goals.
- Coordinate submittal packages and change orders upon customer acceptance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 1 year of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
- Outstanding ability to build and nurture relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive follow-up skills.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Location: Must be based in the Dallas, TX area.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints.
