What you will do
- Lead US Neuro and Other Rare Value and Access strategies for launch preparedness.
- Partner with global program teams and regional access teams to develop compelling economic narratives and value propositions.
- Align product value with clinical trial design and regulatory strategy.
- Lead strategic pricing assessments and recommend contracting strategies for Neuro and Rare therapies.
- Collaborate with HEOR and Managed Care leadership to create evidence-based dossiers demonstrating clinical and economic impact.
- Monitor the policy, reimbursement, and pricing landscape to assess business impact.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs Degree with 12+ yearsβ experience OR a Master's degree with 10+ yearsβ experience in Market Access, HEOR, or Pricing.
- Direct experience in Neuro and Other Rare value and access is required.
- Deep understanding of US policy landscape and rare disease access dynamics.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and value tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong negotiation, cross-functional leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
