TL;DR
Senior Associate, Implementations (Fintech): Serving as the liaison and dedicated resource to Plan Sponsors and Financial Advisors as they onboard to 's platform with an accent on project management and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on enhancing the onboarding experience and providing subject matter expertise on plan design and training.
Location: Must be based in either the New York City, Austin, King of Prussia, or Scottsdale office as part of 's hybrid in-office operation.
Salary: $70K - $80K, plus performance based bonus.

What you will do
- Primary internal client advocate representing plan sponsor and advisor contacts.
- Manage all aspects of the onboarding process from point of sale through successful transition of new plans to our platform.
- Coordinate with financial advisors, plan sponsors, prior recordkeepers, and/or third-party administrators to determine conversion timelines, key action items, and delivery dates.
- Communicate overall project status to both external and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide support where needed and ensure the team can deliver against expected service level agreements.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in project management and leading team initiatives end to end.
- Professional experience using and optimizing internal technical operational tools (e.g. Jira, Zendesk, Asana, Google Workspace).
- Demonstrated aptitude for learning, creating, and iterating rapidly.
- Willingness to learn retirement plan design and plan conversion processes from point of sales to release of conversion data.
Nice to have
- General knowledge of ERISA rules and requirements, and experience with one or more compliance / recordkeeping systems (e.g. SunGard Relius, ASC, FIS).
- Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) or higher ASPPA credential.
- PMP or similar project management certifications.
