What you will do

• Manage the full product lifecycle of an AI-enabled service experience, including roadmap planning, prioritization, and backlog management.
• Lead continuous improvement of AI-powered workflows by evaluating performance and optimizing prompts.
• Analyze product metrics and define success indicators to translate data insights into actionable decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, support operations, and analytics teams to improve AI response quality.
• Drive user acceptance testing (UAT), rollout planning, and iterative product enhancements.
• Facilitate regular product reviews and alignment meetings with leadership teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management with the ability to work independently.
• Proven experience owning AI-powered products, AI agents, or agentic workflows in production.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, AI evaluation methods, and workflow optimization.
• Experience building chat-based products or integrations with tools like Slack.
• Fluent English proficiency for daily communication and stakeholder interactions.
• Must be based in Brazil or other LATAM locations.

Nice to have

• Experience in IT support, employee service platforms, or internal productivity solutions.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI agent platforms.
• Experience implementing feedback systems, customer satisfaction metrics, or observability frameworks.
