Marketing Operations Manager

What you will do

• Manage reporting and operations for the BDR team, acting as system admin for productivity tools.
• Monitor and triage lead follow-ups and troubleshoot process/system issues blocking BDR performance.
• Document business processes and provide onboarding, enablement, and training for new BDRs.
• Generate BDR performance KPI reporting for weekly, quarterly business reviews, and annual target setting.
• Own MDF leads processing and SFDC campaign bulk creation for attribution.
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing and IT to automate MDF lead processing and develop ROI measurement frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of ten years of relevant work experience in marketing operations and/or sales operations.
• Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
• Proven experience in lead routing, BDR operations, and partner MDF operations.
• Must be based in Mexico or Colombia.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills.
