What you will do
- Own the full relationship lifecycle for fintech partners, ensuring thorough onboarding and ongoing engagement.
- Analyze partner performance and market data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure partners quickly realize value and have a best-in-class experience.
- Represent the company in partner meetings and industry events to build credibility and articulate the company's perspective.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive tangible business outcomes.
- Maintain high-quality documentation and scalable processes to support partner success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in partner management, business development, or customer success.
- Experience working within fintech, SaaS, or platform-based business models.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Must be located in New Jersey or California, USA.
Nice to have
- Experience with onboarding workflows, CRM tools, or partner enablement strategies.
- Background in content creation or public speaking.
- Experience participating in industry events.
