What you will do

  • Manage campaign briefs from inception to delivery, ensuring all deadlines are met across multiple projects.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and building trusted partnerships.
  • Oversee the end-to-end production process and lead client services teams in collaboration with global counterparts.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop and oversee statements of work and project proposals.
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and success metrics to ensure projects are delivered to standard.
  • Mentor and manage junior account managers and apprentices.

Requirements

  • Agency experience in Client Services, specifically in an Account Supervisor or Senior Account Manager role.
  • Proven experience delivering a broad range of multi-channel marketing communications, including digital.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with project management tools and processes.
  • Commercial acumen with experience handling budgets and business development.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple time zones.
  • Must be based in Toronto, Canada.
