TL;DR

Marketing Technical Onboarding Manager (Meta/Google): Guiding new clients through the technical setup of advertising accounts and business profiles with an accent on account integrations and verification. Location: Remote (Must be based in the Philippines)

What you will do

  • Guide new clients through all required onboarding steps, including forms, integrations, and technical setups for Meta ads and Google Business Profiles.
  • Facilitate the connection of Facebook Pages, Instagram Profiles, and Meta Business Suite, managing 2FA, payment methods, and role sharing.
  • Assist clients in claiming and optimizing Google Business Profiles to improve local SEO and search visibility.
  • Partner with Client Success Managers to configure online stores, including product listings and payment gateway integrations.
  • Research and personalize marketing strategy presentations to highlight quick wins for new clients.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, onboarding progress, and issue resolutions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency focusing on client onboarding for Meta and Google.
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Business Profile optimization.
  • Strong technical understanding of account integrations, permission management, and business verification processes.
  • Must be based in the Philippines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing calls and screen-sharing sessions.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a solution-oriented approach.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRMs, project management tools, and screen-sharing software.
  • Previous experience in a client support or customer service role within a marketing agency.
  • Familiarity with additional digital marketing platforms and tools.
