What you will do

• Manage end-to-end paid media strategy and execution for major multi-channel accounts.
• Lead and mentor a team of Media Managers, delegating tasks and developing their technical skillsets.
• Develop project roadmaps, testing frameworks, and media plans to drive business growth.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering detailed reports and actionable insights.
• Optimize campaign structures, bidding methodologies, and ad copy across multiple platforms.
• Leverage AI technologies and the Nova ecosystem to enhance and optimize business processes.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years of experience in Paid Media.
• Experience managing monthly budgets between $100K and $1MM.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta, Bing Ads, and programmatic display.
• Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, and conversion optimization strategies.
• Proven experience in team management and client relationship management.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
• Must be based in Argentina.
