What you will do
- Manage Google Hotel Ads end-to-end, including property-level bidding, commission models, and feed health.
- Operate metasearch campaigns across TripAdvisor, Trivago, Kayak, and HotelsCombined.
- Execute full-funnel Google Ads (Search, PMax for Travel, Demand Gen) and Meta Dynamic Ads for Travel.
- Plan and buy CTV and programmatic video using The Trade Desk, DV360, and YouTube CTV.
- Instrument measurement via GA4, GTM, and offline booking-engine conversion imports.
- Build Looker Studio dashboards and maintain a structured test-and-learn roadmap for bid strategies and audiences.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience specifically with hotels, resorts, or hospitality brands.
- Direct platform experience managing bids and feeds for Google Hotel Ads and at least three other metasearch platforms.
- Proven track record with Google Search, PMax for Travel, and Meta Dynamic Ads.
- Strong instrumentation skills across GA4 and GTM, including Enhanced Conversions.
- Expertise in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and budget management.
- English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
