What you will do

• Manage Google Hotel Ads end-to-end, including property-level bidding, commission models, and feed health.
• Operate metasearch campaigns across TripAdvisor, Trivago, Kayak, and HotelsCombined.
• Execute full-funnel Google Ads (Search, PMax for Travel, Demand Gen) and Meta Dynamic Ads for Travel.
• Plan and buy CTV and programmatic video using The Trade Desk, DV360, and YouTube CTV.
• Instrument measurement via GA4, GTM, and offline booking-engine conversion imports.
• Build Looker Studio dashboards and maintain a structured test-and-learn roadmap for bid strategies and audiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience specifically with hotels, resorts, or hospitality brands.
• Direct platform experience managing bids and feeds for Google Hotel Ads and at least three other metasearch platforms.
• Proven track record with Google Search, PMax for Travel, and Meta Dynamic Ads.
• Strong instrumentation skills across GA4 and GTM, including Enhanced Conversions.
• Expertise in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and budget management.
• English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
