What you will do

• Perform set-up, calibration, testing, and repair of electronic assemblies and electromechanical products.
• Execute tests based on engineering specifications, blueprints, drawings, and diagrams.
• Utilize specialized test equipment to collect and summarize results.
• Document all findings and ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
• Cross-train and coach other production test workers within the cell.
• Resolve escalated technical test issues.

Requirements

• U.S. nationality and eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 1 year of college, or an Associate's Degree.
• 5+ years of related experience in electronics production testing.
• Soldering training certification.
• Ability to follow complex work instructions and safety rules.
