What you will do

• Use industrial engineering and business analytics to determine root causes and engineer solutions for departmental projects.
• Obtain data via database querying tools and conduct field studies to support modeling and analysis methodologies.
• Develop business cases and presentations for stakeholders ranging from frontline staff to executive leadership.
• Implement and institutionalize process changes based on structured analytic techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Management Science, Decision Science, or a closely related field.
• Experience conducting field studies and data collection, with familiarity in operational planning and capacity/demand analysis.
• Must be able to work onsite in Orlando, FL.
• Willingness to support a 24/7/365 operation, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong analytical ability, conceptual thinking, and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with data querying and programming tools such as SQL and Python.
• Proficiency with business intelligence software like Power BI.
• Knowledge of statistical modeling software such as R or SPSS.
