What you will do

• Design, install, and qualify process control and automation solutions (SCADA, PLC, HMI) for commercial and clinical manufacturing.
• Integrate control systems and instrumentation to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP standards through validation protocols and support for quality systems.
• Identify and implement process optimizations to enhance system reliability and reduce costs.
• Provide 24/7 technical support for automation systems, including participation in on-call rotations.
• Manage small OPEX/CAPEX projects from initial conception to final closure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in process control/automation, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency with Rockwell PLCs/HMIs, Wonderware System Platform, and SQL databases.
• Experience with networking, communication protocols, and Microsoft Server administration.
• Experience with validation processes, including writing URS, FDS, and test protocols.
• Must be willing to participate in an on-call rotation and potential shift coverage.

Nice to have

• Experience with Siemens PLCs and HMIs.
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 regulatory requirements in a pharmaceutical environment.
