What you will do

  • Lead financial management, P&L ownership, and multi-year forecasting for the CCS organization.
  • Develop sophisticated operational models focusing on visit volumes, staffing productivity, and contribution margins.
  • Architect scalable operational processes and lead workflow mapping to ensure clinical efficiency.
  • Analyze clinical cost drivers to provide actionable insights on resource planning and staffing models.
  • Oversee vendor contracts, conducting ROI evaluations and performance monitoring.
  • Partner with Clinical, Network, and Operations leaders to establish shared KPIs and drive cost visibility.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in healthcare, payer, or provider environments.
  • Deep experience with Medicare Advantage economics, homecare operations, or MSO financial models.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain forward-looking operational models for clinical delivery.
  • Strong strategic thinking to connect financial insights to clinical outcomes and network performance.
  • Executive presence and a track record as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
  • Must be based in the USA.
