What you will do

• Develop and execute timely and accurate monthly close processes.
• Manage treasury operations, monitoring cash balances and identifying cash flow risks.
• Coordinate quarterly tax payments and filings with external advisors.
• Own monthly bank reconciliations and review accrued expenses.
• Perform month-over-month flux and variance analysis.
• Maintain internal accounting documentation and process guides in Notion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Previous Big 4 experience or an active CPA license.
• 4–7+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience driving month-end close processes.
• Unable to sponsor work visas.
