TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Berlin, Germany)

Salary: €45K – €50K

What you will do

  • Manage the Berlin office day-to-day, including facilities, supplies, health and safety, and guest access.
  • Lead onboarding for new joiners, conducting office tours and benefit sessions.
  • Coordinate on-site interviews and host candidates to ensure a positive experience.
  • Handle onboarding administration for new hires across Germany, Ireland, and France.
  • Process vendor invoices and support monthly payroll inputs under People Ops guidance.
  • Run compliance reporting for probation tracking, absence records, and annual leave balances.

Requirements

  • Experience in office coordination, People Ops, or administrative roles, ideally within a fast-moving tech or scale-up environment.
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential.
  • Working knowledge of German employment legislation.
  • Must be based in Berlin and able to be on-site three days per week.
  • Experience using an HRIS (familiarity with Workday is a plus).

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of French or Irish employment legislation.
