What you will do
- Support the administrative functions of the Human Resources Department and deliver generalist HR services to stakeholders in the DACH region.
- Manage document drafting, contract administration, filing, and minute taking.
- Handle the onboarding process and general HR operations.
- Oversee timekeeping, absence management, and payroll support.
- Maintain HRIS and perform data administration tasks.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Must be able to support stakeholders and HR processes within the DACH region.
- Experience in HR administration and providing generalist HR services.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle diary and travel management for stakeholders.
