What you will do

• Lead and elevate the global People Operations strategy, focusing on system quality and standardization across countries.
• Manage, coach, and inspire a global team of 11 members across 3 different locations.
• Oversee payroll processes, conduct audits, and ensure high SLAs and process diligence.
• Collaborate with Finance and other People teams to align operations across multiple European jurisdictions.
• Implement AI and automation to improve operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
• Serve as the primary contact for compliance, sustainability, and audit topics.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in People & Culture, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of European labour law and payroll/social security guidelines.
• Proven track record in managing complex system projects in high-performance environments.
• Fluency in both English and German (written and verbal) is required.
• Ability to work independently and precisely within dynamic and ambiguous environments.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Munich office.
