Location: Remote (UK). Must be currently legally authorized to work in the UK.

What you will do
- Manage a book of high-value customer accounts with $3M+ in ARR.
- Lead account planning and deliver quarterly business reviews with clear success metrics.
- Build strategic multi-threaded relationships across complex customer organizations.
- Forecast retention and expansion while identifying and mitigating potential portfolio risks.
- Analyze product usage and customer data to identify growth opportunities and influence internal roadmap decisions.
- Execute renewal and upsell strategies, including detailed contract structuring.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B SaaS Sales with quota-carrying responsibilities.
- Experience with consumption-based or API-first SaaS models.
- Proven track record of managing $3M+ ARR with high retention and growth outcomes.
- Operational discipline with Salesforce, Clari, and account planning tools.
- Current legal authorization to work in the UK without future sponsorship.
- Willingness to travel.
Nice to have
- Background in payments, fintech, or infrastructure SaaS.
- Experience in startup-to-growth stages, specifically scaling from $20M to $100M ARR.
- Experience navigating evolving product offerings and pricing models.
- Comfort with hybrid customer models (self-serve, mid-market, enterprise).
