What you will do

• Develop strategic success plans and identify opportunities to increase adoption and expand use cases for external audit customers.
• Act as a product expert and SME, training users and advising on audit analytics best practices to operationalize the platform within workflows.
• Continuously assess customer health using metrics like GRR, NRR, and NPS to mitigate risk and ensure renewal readiness.
• Partner cross-functionally with Implementation, Services, Support, Product, and Sales to ensure seamless onboarding and engagement.
• Serve as the voice of the customer by relaying product feedback and feature requests to the development team.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with the sales organization to facilitate easy renewals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, External Audit, or related SaaS/FinTech roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required.
• Authorization to work in Canada is required.
• Strong understanding of audit workflows, financial data, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday).
• Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders and driving change in technical environments.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to Canada, US, UK, and EU.

Nice to have

• ACA, ACCA, CPA or other relevant professional accounting designations.
• Direct experience in public accounting or external audit.
