What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan targeting major Spanish holding companies and independent networks.
• Lead commercial negotiations to secure regional Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
• Structure custom 1:1 agreements for specific client scenarios.
• Drive platform adoption and enablement programs across agency planning and trading teams.
• Launch managed-service pilot programs to establish early proof-of-concepts.
• Create high-impact pitch decks and narrative tools to win the market.

Requirements

• Around 10 years of digital advertising sales experience with deep expertise in programmatic ecosystems.
• Extensive, active senior network of contacts across major holding companies in Spain.
• Proven success working with DSPs, SSPs, or Walled Gardens.
• Skill in consultative selling and frameworks like MEDICC.
• Native-level Spanish and professional fluency in English.
• Must be based in Spain.
